How to Update the Call for Papers

The video and quick steps below explain how to update document previews on SitePlex, such as the Call for Papers on the welcome page. The same process applies to any document preview on any other page.

Quick Steps:

  1. Log in to your website
  2. Click on the “Media” tab on the left-hand menu
  3. Drag and drop, or select, your new CFP to upload
  4. Click on the uploaded file
  5. Click on “Copy URL” on the bottom right
  6. Go to the home page and click on “Edit with Elementor” at the very top
  7. Scroll down to the CFP image and click on the pencil
  8. Paste the link you copied into the URL field on bottom of the left sidebar
  9. If you want to update the preview image, click on the image at the top of the sidebar
  10. Select the new image and click “Insert”
  11. Click the green “Update” button on the bottom
  12. Check the front page to make sure it’s working
